When will GridSmash be available on the App Store?
GridSmash is currently in its final stages of development. We are targeting a launch on the Apple App Store very soon. Sign up via our contact page to receive a notification the moment it goes live.
Is GridSmash free to play?
Yes! GridSmash is free to download and play. We believe in fair monetization — the game is fully playable without spending any money. We may offer optional cosmetic content in the future, but core gameplay will always be free.
Will GridSmash be available for Android?
GridSmash is launching exclusively on iOS first. We want to make sure the iOS experience is absolutely perfect before considering other platforms. An Android version may come later — follow us for updates.
What iOS version do I need to play?
GridSmash requires iOS 15.0 or later. It is compatible with iPhone and iPad. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest version of iOS for the best experience.
Does GridSmash work offline?
Absolutely. GridSmash is designed for full offline play. You only need an internet connection to submit scores to global leaderboards or to sync progress via iCloud. All levels are fully playable without any connection.
How do I sync my progress across devices?
GridSmash uses iCloud to automatically sync your progress, unlocked levels, and achievements across all your Apple devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
We really appreciate bug reports! Please contact us via our contact page with as much detail as possible: your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are a huge help.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion of any data associated with your account at any time. Please email us at privacy@pomacstudio.com and we will process your request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
